🔍 How It Works: 3 Simple Steps
Under federal law, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) allows employers to designate any trusted individual to act as an Authorized Representative to physically examine an employee's identity documents and complete Section 2 of Form I-9.
Schedule the Meeting: Contact us to arrange a convenient time and public meeting location or residential visit.
In-Person Document Review: I meet the employee face-to-face to physically inspect their original, unexpired documents. Photocopies, scans, or video calls are not legally acceptable under standard USCIS rules.
Form Completion & Delivery: I fill out and sign Section 2 of the Form I-9 as your designated Authorized Representative. The completed paperwork is handed directly back to the employee or securely scanned to the employer.
💡 Important Legal Notice: In accordance with federal USCIS guidelines, Form I-9 verification is not a notarial act. I will be acting strictly as the employer’s designated Authorized Representative. No notary seal or stamp will be affixed to the Form I-9, as doing so is non-compliant with federal regulations.

Appointments are conveniently scheduled between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM to ensure prompt, reliable service. My flat-rate fees bundle the document verification process and travel into one simple price:
Tier 1 ($50): Base Hub – Bear Creek, Copperfield, 77084, and the I-10 Energy Corridor.
Tier 2 ($65): Local Travel – Katy, Cypress, and Spring Branch.
Tier 3 ($85+): Extended Travel – Sugar Land, Spring, and Downtown Houston (Scheduled strictly during off-peak traffic hours).
🛠️ Available Service Add-Ons
Print & Scan Service (+$10): Secure printing of blank employer forms before arrival and immediate mobile scanning/upload after verification.
Direct HR Portal Submission (+$20): Safe, on-site completion of the verification directly inside your employer's digital HR portal (Equifax, Workday, I9 Everywhere, etc.).
Group Verification (2+ Employees): $35 per additional person at the same location.
📄 What Documents Do I Need to Bring?
To ensure your appointment is successful, the employee must present original, unexpired documents from the official USCIS list. You must choose EITHER List A OR a combination of List B + List C:
List A (Establishes both Identity & Employment Authorization):
U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card
Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
Foreign Passport with an I-551 stamp
OR List B (Establishes Identity) — Must have a photo:
Driver's License or State ID card
School ID card with a photograph
U.S. Military card
AND List C (Establishes Employment Authorization):
Social Security Account Number card (unrestricted)
Original or certified copy of a Birth Certificate
Consular Report of Birth Abroad
